The lifestyle of the client can be taken into consideration: for example, if they entertain regularly they may want an American style open kitchen with dining room as to be able to speak to their guests whilst cooking the meal. If they have elderly relatives they may decide on a downstairs bedroom or even an independant apartment to facilitate visitors or grown up children. The list is endless and the possibilities infinate.
