Home improvements on the Costa Blanca, Jalon Valley and other areas.

If you live in Jalon (Xalo) or the surrounding areas you too would have have been "holding down the hatches" and staying inside as the recent storm bringing heavy rains falls passed over-head. These heavy rains commonly known as a Gota Fria, were headline news across Europe as over 100l/m2 fell. Many of us no are now looking around our houses and more importantly looking up at our roofs.

We know the feeling as the rain arrives and suddenly you hear a droplet fall INSIDE the house. You search high and low until you find the culprit but there's nothing you can do until the storms has passed, nothing except listen to the droplet, put buckets underneath and look at the offending area for ages.

The roof needs looking at by a professional builder. Someone who can tell you why and how the water is entering and not only repair the offending area whilst spotchecking for other potentially problematic areas but also someone who can repair the interior damage too. Maybe you would like the work done with the insurance company? Either way Cases Xalo can help you.

Cases Xalo can provide you (or the insurance company) with an estimate for the works that need to be carried out in your property. Wheter it be for a leaky roof, a new kitchen or bathroom, terracing, swimming pools or a complete new build, we undertake and have experience in all areas of construction.

So for a new obligation building estimate call Cases Xalo SL on 96 648 0355. We have an office open every weekday morning from 9am-2pm with afternoons by appointment only. Alternatively email casesxalo@casesxalo.com and let us know your address and problem/requirement.
