Good news from British shores. According to a survey carried out by a UK based estate agent, Spain is still one of the favourite destinations for British people to invest in. With three quarters of people in the UK believing that now is a good time to buy Spanish property.
Spain is also still one of the top tourist destinations. Its proximity to the UK, the climate, landscape and beaches make it ideal for the whole family.
Many Brits are currently looking at buying properties with the idea of renting them out for holidays or long term rentals. This is a fabulous way of investing money in Spain, or utilising your Spanish home to make an additional (yet welcomed) income.
Property prices have dropped in Spain, with many properties welcoming offers. However, if you do like a property then it is best to make an offer or register your interest, otherwise it will be snapped up by another investor!
